how will colleges start in Kerala.through online mode or through offline mode? please reply. iam going to join pg in mg university

Hi there ,
I would like to tell you that colleges in Kerala or any other part of INDIA has autonomy from UGC. Individual College can choose any mode according to their convenience . There is no Compulsion . UGC gave the date of 18 nov. to begin the new session for 1st year student.
