Even though you are not from a Tier 1 colleges good IT Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture visit almost every engineering college for recruitment. You have to sit in the campus placement when the company comes and clear the three rounds that is Aptitude Test, Group Discussion Round, and Personal Interview to get a job
