how will the amount for 1st counselling will get refunded? Or will it be carry forwarded to the 2nd counselling?

ONCE you have paid for the counseling there is no chance of getting the amount refunded
Also there is no need FOR paying money for second round as the fee you have paid is for all the rounds of the counseling that is conducted by then respective body
