Counselling fee is for complete process of counselling it's not devided into rounds.

You need to pay it once in the beginning and hence take part in it.

You need not to pay any fees further till last round of counselling.

If you take admission in any college then it will be adjusted in your academic fees. If not then it will be refunded after some deduction.
