Hi
- You need to choose the code 02.
This is because,
Though you are doing BDS your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2.
While, those who are doing Bsc and have all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
But,
- In place of 10+2/higher /senior secondary/ Indian School Certificate Examination , if you have done intermediate / puc then you need to choose the code 3.
Here's a short brief of Neet codes :-
Code 1 :- code 1 is for class 12th board 2021 examination appearing students with physics, chemistry, biology and English or have have already appeared but results are awaited i. e have not been declared.
Code 2 :- code 2 is for all those who have already passed their 10+2/higher /senior secondary/ Indian School Certificate Examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English
Code 3 :- code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination in the year with physics, chemistry, biology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology should also contain practical exam.
Code 4 :- pre - medical degree with Physics, chemistry and biology.
Code 5 :- code 5 is for all those who are doing BSc and has all the three of Physics, chemistry and biology in their graduation.
Code 6 :- code 6 is for all those students who have passed BSc with at least any two of following subjects :-
-) Physics,
-)chemistry ,
-)biology
Code 7 :- code 7 is for those who have passed their examination from foreign board which is equivalent of Indian 10+2 board.

Thank you
Dear student,
Please note that you must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your course then your highest qualification will be considered as the eligible for NEET else your highest qualification will be the one which you have done earlier with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and this you have done in class 12th.
Though you are pursuing BDS but as BDS do not have all three Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subject and since the qualification for NEET is all subjects including Physics, Chemistry and Biology so your highest qualification will be considered as 12th in which you have completed with PCB, English.
So according to this rule, your code will be 2.
According to code 2, all the students who have passed class 12th in 2020 or in past year, then they come under code 2.
So you should fill code 2.
