Hello Shivani,

Since you have limited time, focus on one comprehensive book for each subject that covers all the entrance exams:

  • Physics : DC Pandey (Arihant) – Understanding Physics – It covers JEE, EAMCET, VITEEE, and CUET concepts with clear explanations and practice problems.

  • Chemistry : NCERT + OP Tandon – NCERT will help with basic concepts, and OP Tandon (Physical, Inorganic, and Organic Chemistry) provides deeper understanding and practice questions.

  • Mathematics : Cengage – Mathematics for JEE – It covers detailed theory and a variety of problems suited for all these exams.

Prioritize solving previous years’ papers and mock tests to improve accuracy and time management.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, then feel free to share your questions with us, we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

Post-Board Exam Strategy for B.Tech Entrance Exams

Since your board exams end on March 20, you have limited time to prepare for JEE Mains (Session 2), TS EAMCET, VITEEE, and CUET. Here’s the best way to maximize your preparation:

---

1. Prioritization Based on Exam Difficulty

JEE Mains Session 2 – High priority (if aiming for NITs)

TS EAMCET & VITEEE – Comparatively easier, but require speed & accuracy

CUET – Subject-based (only if needed for backup)

2. Study Plan (March 20 – Exam Dates)

Phase 1: March 20 – 31 (JEE Mains Focus)

Solve previous 5 years’ JEE Mains PYQs

Take mock tests every 2 days

Revise important formulas & concepts from NCERT

Focus on weak topics (especially in Physics & Math)

Phase 2: April (After JEE Mains – EAMCET & VITEEE Prep)

Solve TS EAMCET & VITEEE previous papers

Focus on speed-based problem-solving

Give daily timed practice tests

Cover important formula-based topics

CUET Prep (If Needed

Focus on NCERT-based domain subjects

Practice CUET sample papers

3. Best Books for Each Exam

For JEE Mains

Physics: HC Verma + DC Pandey (for problems)

Chemistry: NCERT + N Awasthi (Physical), MS Chauhan (Organic)

Maths: Cengage/Arihant + Previous Year Questions

For TS EAMCET & VITEEE

NCERT + Arihant’s EAMCET/VITEEE Guide

Speed practice (solve formula-based problems quickly)

For CUET (If Needed)

NCERT Books (Most important)

Arihant/Sample Papers for CUET

4. Time Management

Morning: Mock test (JEE Mains/EAMCET)

Afternoon: Revise weak areas + Formula revision

Evening: Solve previous year questions + Quick revision

Given your time constraint, I'll suggest one comprehensive book for each subject that covers the syllabus for JEE Mains, TS EAMCET, VITEEE, and CUET:

Physics

- *HC Verma's "Concepts of Physics"*: This book is an excellent resource for building a strong foundation in physics. It covers topics like mechanics, electromagnetism, optics, and more, with detailed explanations and examples.

Chemistry

- *NCERT Chemistry Textbooks (Class 11 and 12)*: While not a single book, the NCERT chemistry textbooks are a must-have for any entrance exam preparation. They provide a comprehensive understanding of chemistry concepts, including inorganic, organic, and physical chemistry.

Mathematics

- *RD Sharma's "Mathematics for JEE Mains"*: This book covers the entire mathematics syllabus for JEE Mains and other entrance exams. It includes detailed explanations, examples, and practice problems for topics like algebra, calculus, geometry, and more.

These books will provide a solid foundation for your preparation. However, keep in mind that you might need to supplement them with additional resources, such as:

- Online study materials and practice tests

- Coaching institute notes (if you're enrolled)

- Previous years' question papers and solutions

Make the most of your limited time by:

- Creating a focused study plan

- Prioritizing topics based on weightage and difficulty

- Practicing consistently and reviewing regularly

Best of luck with your entrance exams!
