I am a 1st year student of Ignou from July 2019 cycle. How do I complete my admission process for 2nd year??

Hello dear,
There is no such thing that you need to take admission again in 2nd year in IGNOU.
Once you get admission in 1st year, that admission is valid for full 3 years. You just need to pay 2nd year fees at that time and nothing else.
