hi,
the basic eligibility criteria for appearing in ias civil service exam is candidate need to have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. candidates in final year of graduation may also appear in upsc IAS exam.
so after clearing 10+2 course you need to do graduation then you may appear in upsc civil services exam.
