I hope you are doing fine, Well with EWS certificate by Central Government is valid all over India, that means not only in Maharashtra but you can take admission in any part of India. But with EWS certificate made by State Government is valid all over India only if the college that you are seeking takes admission through any competitive exam like JEE or NEET.
