Hello,

You are eligible for a State Quota if you hold a domicile certificate or if you are a domicile of that state.

Eligibility Criteria for Domicile Certificate in Delhi :

  • You must be a resident of Delhi for the past three years
  • Applicant must own a house/property/land in Delhi and your name should be included in the voter list.
  • In the case of minors, the certificate is issued based on their parents residence.

Eligibility Criteria for Domicile Certificate in Haryana :

  • You should have permanently resided in the state or district of the State for 15 years.

Thus,as you can see you are eligible for State Quota in Haryana and as you have completed your 10+2 from Delhi so you are eligible for Delhi State quota as well.

Hope it helps
Thank you !!!
