No, you cannot get admission in MBBS in any college without qualifying NEET.
NEET is a national level entrance exam for admission in Medical and its allied course.And the admission in any medical course is based on merit in NEET.So NEET is a mandatory exam to study MBBS in any Indian state.You can get seat through AIQ counselling in other states for admission in MBBS.
