see its really a good thing that you are interested to know about cutting edge technologies. if you learn c and other programming languages it will enhance your career option. in future if you want to switch to It field you can do that. there is lots of online resources available for learning c languages like udemy, coursera, nptel, you tube channels etc..study some lectures and starts which makes you easier to understand the programming. however any programming languages needs a regular practice , unless you may forget the whole things. however c is not the only programming language which can get you job. you need to learn object oriented programming like java, python etc, also knowledge in data bases to become a software engineer. hope you may understand.
