Yes, you are eligible to get admission if you have appeared and passed in Mathematics from NIOS unless it is stated that the open schooling certificate is not valid in the eligibility criteria laid by the institute in which you are seeking admission. You are eligible to get admission in Vellore Institute of Technology in B.Tech Information Technology if you have passed in Mathematics from NIOS. While getting admission in VIT you need to submit the Migration Cum Transfer Certificate.
