i am a post intern, completed my mbbs in 2019 dec. i got my permanent registration 2 months ago..but i lost it...how can i get it renewed..i have pics of my permanent pmc ( punjab state)..how do i renew it?

Hello,
Don't worry, you will get duplicate copy of your registration from MCI. You have to FIR complain for missing your registration. And provide some documents to MCI getting duplicate registration. They are-
- Handwritten application.
- Registration fee i.e. a DD .
- Attested photocopy of permanent registration certificate.
- F.I.R. in original.
- An affidavit.
- Attested photocopy of date of birth certificate.
- Two passport size photographs.
Above all documents submit to the MCI and apply for duplicate copy. You will get your registration.
