I mistakenly uploaded ews certificate of Dec 2019 in neet counseling registration .am I eligible or I am debarred from the procedure . already I lost 2 year in neet repeat.

It's Okay Do not worry But If you genuinely belongs to EWS Category and you want to claim your EWS Quota then you have to produce latest valid EWS Certificate to claim your Reservation Benefits during the manual Documents Verification process. If you have uploaded old one in online application form then it's Okay but you need to produce new or latest EWS certificate during your documents verification process to claim your seat. If you failed to do this then you will be treated as General Category Student and you will not get benefits of EWS Reservations but if your Rank is Good then you can secure Seat in Unreserved/General Category.
