I am a resident of assam I have PRC and domicile certificate but I have done my 11 and 12 from kota will I be able to get state quota

Hello Yogesh!
In order to get admission in the MBBS course through the 85% state quota of Assam , you need to have completed class 7 to class 12 in Assam itself .
The above point is mandatory even if you hold PRC and domicile certificate of Assam. As you have completed your 11th and 12th in Kota, I do not think you can apply for state counseling as per the rules.
