I am a second semester BA Psychology student and i want to take admission in St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad in the third semester in the academic year 2021-2022 in same course. What is the procedure?

First of all if you're changing college with different University then it is hardly possible but if you're changing college in the same University then it might happen it will basically depend on your marks and you have to get a NOC from Your current college . Contacting the respective college itself may make the transfer process happen and easier.
