no there is no such things posssible.every college has certain cgpa above which you can easily change your branch.so even if it is possible then if you get caught then it will be a danger to your career.

The Harcourt Butler Technical University has made a provision for students to change their branches after the completion of 1st year.

This however is governed by certain eligibility criteria.

The student opting for a branch change must be among the Top 10 ranks in the college. Moreover, if not, then he/she should have a minimum of 8.5 CGPA in order to qualify for the branch changing process given that there's vacancy in the particular branch opted for.

Yes it is possible,  almost in all University the syllabus of the first year for all branch is same, so they also provide you facility to change your branch after the completion of your first year from when you start studying your core subjects so firstly you will have to contact with the higher authority of the university  and will have to ask them is this facility available here or not then you can go further and remember you can change your branch only if you are going to pass your first year.
