Hello Aspirant,
See if you belongs to Andhra Pradesh then also you can apply for government medical colleges of Telangana but only for Management quota seats not for government quota seats because government quota seats are reserved only for that particular state's candidates. Sa as you belong to other state so you can apply for Telangana state counselling for Management quota seats in different medical colleges.
