Eligibility: Recognized Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline. Those completing their final examination by June 10, 2019 may also apply. All Indian candidates can appear for XAT 2019. However NRI and foreign candidates may apply either through GMAT score or XAT.

To appear for XAT there is no criteeia on basis of work experience requirements  And freshers and all work experience candidates on level playing field.

Only time work experience candidates will get slight advantage is duri g final selection where the participant institute will also have weightage for work experience

So for freshers its recommended to score mor eon XAtand GDPI to offset their nill work experience.
