I am a PGDM graduate with above 60% marks with three years of market research industry experience. However I am planning to pursue my career into the teaching profession in MBA institutes. Kindly guide me.

Hi,

Well if you want to do more research and want to continue with that then you should go for post doctoral work in the premier ayurvedic institutions in India along with teaching cause thay way you will have more stability to the job.
