    I am barnwal. I come under the category obc in state level but general category for central. Can I apply for ews?

    No actually ews certificate is provided only to the students who come under oc category.

    The students who come under oc category and are economically poor are considerd under ews category.

    So no other category students except oc students are eligible to get ews certificate.
