So, you haven't mentioned much about your academic details and I don't know by biology student, whether or not you are a high school student with PCB or PCMB possibly, but I'll just consider that. So, after you have passed your board examinations, you can appear for the JEE Mains examination, which is the All India examination for engineering, or you can even appear for state level examinations for home state colleges. After you have passed any of these examinations and scored a pretty decent score and rank, you can get into many of the engineering colleges in India , where you can apply for computer science engineering (B.Tech in computer science).
As far as qualifications are considered, to qualify for JEE Mains or advanced, you just have to pass the board examinations , there is not particular cutoff percentage for that, but some colleges have their own cutoffs like NITs, GFTIs etc.

You can not study Computer Science and Engineering with Biology, Mathematics is a compulsory subject combination to study CSE.
But you can do BCA (Bachelor in Computer Application). It's not a Engineering Course. It's a three year undergraduate programme in the field of computer science and information technology.

If you have already finished your high school or are in class 12th studying PCB then you won't be eligible to appear for JEE Mains and go for B.Tech but you can definitely go for BCA or B.Sc. in Computer applications which are also great fields.
As long as you are interested in learning programming and problem solving then you can make a career out of it.
