i am born n raised in Uttarakhand but my dad is from up n i have obc ncl certificate of up. my caste do not come under obc in central list but it comes under obc in delhi. am i eligible to get other state obc quota? if yes what documents are needed and how ro get them?

Hi Mehul,
I understand that you are a resident of Uttarakhand but since your father is from the state of Uttar Pradesh, you have your OBC-NCL caste certificate that is applicable within Delhi or for that matter Uttar Pradesh but since you have mentioned that your caste category is does not appear in the central list for caste allocations therefore you are not eligible to apply for OBC-NCL category in other states.
