my caste is in obc list in my state(uttarakhand) and in delhi but not in central list. can i get obc reservation of other state in nsut/dtu.if yes, what documents are needed?

You can get OBC certificate from the respective authority. For this you have to submit address proof, number 2 identity proof, cast identity certificate. We can get both advantage from DTU and NSTU. OBC certificate criteria most important it is i his parents income for the last three years less than 8lakh will be .
