I am born outside maharashtra, but living in pune since 10 years, and passed 10th and 12th from pune. What needs to be submitted for domicile in counseling, for 85% seats in NEET

• Domicile certificate should be issued by the District Magistrate or Metropolitan Magistrate or Competent Authority.

• The candidate needs to qualify 10th & 12th from the State of Maharashtra and it should be the domicile of Maharashtra or candidate should stay in Maharashtra fora minimum period of 10 years

• Age Proof:Copy of birth certificate, School certificate, Life Insurance copy

• Address Proof:Ration Card / Voter ID /Passport/ Driving License /Electricity bill

• Photos:2 Photographs of Voter ID /College or University ID

• Application form: Completely filled application form

• Identity Proof:Aadhar Card / Pan Card / Voter ID

• Photo Copy:All documents photo copies with attested from government officer

• Affidavit:Affidavit from tehsil or court

Madhya Pradesh is also one of those state which offers low budget seats to its state students.This states offers its to other state students if no student from state claim against those seats. So Domicile plays an important role.

Although some of the conditions are same as of other state.Yet some deviations are also there.

Residence Certificate (Domicile)

Eligibility criteria to obtain residence or domicile certificate in Madhya Pradesh are listed below.

Permanent resident of the Madhya Prades state can only apply for residence certificate.Residents of last five years in Madhya Pradesh state are eligible to apply for Domicile Certificate

You can show your home state qouta either by your 12 marksheet but more importantly if your parents have resident proof at pune and you have your own house there then you can use those documents to create a domicile certicate for maharashtra as while counselling you just have to show the domicile prof if you can make the certicate then it's fine.
