Hello Meghana

As per the eligibility criteria of Kl University you must have Bachelor Degree with 55% marks in any discipline under 10+2+3 pattern and also have secured rank in KL Business School Aptitude Test(KLUBSAT)/ ICET / MAT / CAT / XAT & Personal Interview.

as per the guidlines you seems to be eligible for the admission.
