Hello!

It is evident from your profile that you are from Odisha. So, you are probably referring to SAMS admission. You willl require these documents along with your CAF print out:-

  • Mark sheet (statement of marks) of class 10th
  • Mark sheet (statement of marks) of class 12th
  • Transfer Certificate issued by the school
  • Migration Certificate authenticated by the school
  • Character Certificate
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Certificate of Disability issued by the concerned authority (if applicable)
  • Other documents and certificates like NCC, NSS, Children of Martyrs (CoM), Service Defense Personnel (SDP), Sports Certificates, etc. (if applicable)

If you are applying for spot admission, log in to the SAMS website to provide your new options for spot selection to get spot admission print out copy of CAF. You will have to submit a handwritten application in the format given by the department, edited CAF, mark sheet addressing to the Principal of the college where the vacancy exists.

Hope this answer helps:)
