i am completed poly in IT branch iwant a admission IIT college and i get 68 percent in aggregate in what i should do now

Right now, none of the IITs are having IT(Information Technology) as a separate branch.
Actually, this course is merged with the Computer Science & Engineering.
Only IIITs are having IT as a separate branch if you want you can choose IIITs.
But there should not be a gap of more than 2 years between the year of passing of class-12th & the year in which you are appearing for the exam(for UG).
