i complete my diploma in information technology and i learn mathematics and physics also than im iligibale to apply ? and if i can what should i do or apply ?

Your question seems to be incomplete as you have not mentioned exactly where do you want to apply. If it is application to any B. Tech course you are talking about, then yes you're eligible to apply for the same. As you have completed a 3-years diploma in Information Technology, you are eligible for B. Tech for Diploma holders and you can get admission in the second year of the engineering course directly.
