I am completely broke at age 21 lost family, having responsibilities but no career relatives try to bully me,I just completed graduation but having no idea of future nor i am Rich enough to startup all new nor having business only option is to study and win but how can i a losely till date will win

You're not a loosey, it's just in your mind. If at the age of 21, being broke, and after being bullied you still stand strong then you're already a winner.
All these relatives and bullies will fade away once you achieve something in life, and for that YOU have to believe in YOURSELF...
