I am currently in 1st year Bsc.PMCs but for the second year i want to change my college and i want Bsc in computer science. Is there any possibility that I can do this???

You can shift to any other college if and only if the subject combination as well as the university affiliating both the colleges should be same.
Now you want to change your subject composition so for that you have to get readmitted in the new college where you want to take admission in the subject BSc Computer Science, next year.
