no , you are not eligible because according to the criteria of CDS exam ,  you have to complete our graduaton atleast to give this exam . and candidates who are going to give final year exam can also give the exam . the age limit should be betwwen 20 to 24 years.

*As per the eligibility criteria of Officer's Training Academy for CDS, candidates need to have passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university, there's no specific aggregate required in this matter.  Candidates applying for the exam must be 20 to 24 years and Those who are in the final year too are eligible to apply, so as per the norms whatever course you're pursuing whether it's three or four year degree program, you can apply in the final year.
