National eligibility cum entrance test ( NEET ) is conducted by NTA that is national testing agency. There are two quota for the neet one is UG and other is state quota. The AIQ that is all india quota for the neet reserves 15 % of the total seats for mbbs and bds course. This category is open to all students from the country . So from this quota you can take admission in private medical college in rajasthan.

You can get private medical colleges in Rajasthan but for this you have to register for state quota counselling of Rajasthan and note that as you belongs to the state other than Rajasthan so you can only apply for Management quota seats not for government quota seats because government quota seats are kept reserved for the candidates of that particular state where the institution is situated.
