Person from any stream can apply for Banking Jobs as there is no specific criteria for educational stream. However, person specialized in Commerce or Mathematics or Economics; Post Graduate MBA Holders, Chartered Accountants and Chartered Financial Analysts get more preference in this field.After BCA , if you are not planning to study further then this is the one of the best option you are going to choose.Now a days banking sectors are grooming and exams are also conducting in very good way .

For Preparation :You can do it by yourself or from any good coaching institutions .Currently IBPS is conducting common test for Banks .

In IBPS exams you will not get too much tough questions, In these exams only thing is that you have to manage your time in exams.
