I am doing BE in electronics and telecommunication Engineering, which field Should I do MS or MTech for startup ?

You can choose any field according to your interest.  When you do masters degree from abroad , it is MS And if you pursue master degree from india , it is Mtech. Both have good scope.

It also depends on the country which you choose. If you compare US from India then US has better facilities. You can check on your finance and take the decision.

You can do language course like Java or C++ or if you are looking to set up your business you can go for MBA program.
