Hi ! No you can't do that. In order to do a master you must have bachelor degree in science. Well still you can have a master on physics on IISC if you have a great rank in gate exam. Master of physics in the sense, it relates subject related to physics. Except IISC there are no institute where you can get this favour. After doing b.tech you can't give NET exam or the exam if msc or if possible also due to change of rules then you can't handle it. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
