Akansha, to be eligble for UGC NET exam, the minimum eligibility criteria is that you should have completed your Post Graduate degree which is atleast 2 years of duration. Post Graduate Diploma is not considered a Post Graduate Degree and so with a Post Graduate Diploma, you unfortunately are not eligible for UGC-NET.
