I am domicile in W.Bengal. Do I need to get permission from my state? Where and to whom?

Dear Student, please elaborate your question as it does not specify clearly about the stuf for which permission is required. Regarding domicile of any state, you must process the domicile certificate issued by your local authority either ward Commissioner or district magistrates office
