Hello Smit Desai

congrats for a great score in neet and I think you easily get admission through Neet in following government colleges.

1. M. P. Shah Medical College, Jamnagar.

2. Govt. Medical College, Surat.

3. P. D. U. Medical College, Rajkot.

4. Govt. Medical College, Bhavnagar.

these colleges are estimated according to last year cutoff.
