KINDLY  GO THROUGH THE NOTICE WHICH MENTIONS THE FORMAT AND OTHER INFORMATION ON HOW TO FILL UP THE FORM.

IT MIGHT BE THE CASE THAT THE SIZE OF THE PHOTOGRAGH IS EXCEEDING THEN THE SIZE ASKED FOR.
