Yes, you can take admission in any of the medical colleges of India. For this first you have to give NEET exam and qualify it. Then MCC will conduct NEET UG councelling. For this you need to register for NEET councelling on official website of MCC. Under NEET councelling you can take admission either through All India Councelling or through State Quota Councelling. So, the councelling for state seats will be conducted by respective states. Since, you are from Assam. So, if you want admission in Assam, you will go for state quota councelling which would be conducted by Assam Government and if you want admission in other states then you have to apply for All India Quota Councelling which would be conducted by MCC.

Yes, you can have admission in any medical college of India. For that you have to qualify NEET to be eligible for MBBS courses in general. After that for getting colleges in any other state in India you have to take part in All India Quota Counselling , it has 15% reservation. And for Assam it is better if you take part in state quota as it has 85% reservation.

NEET is the only entrance examination for admission to all Medical, dental and Ayush courses in India and in Abroad. AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER MBBS have been scrapped and from this year, these two exams are merged with Neet. Therefore, admission to these colleges will also be done on the basis of Neet Examination. Until any changes are made, for Medical colleges throughout India will offer admission on the basis of Neet score. However, you have not mentioned the name of the college, but currently, all medical colleges of India are accepting Neet score. So you need to participate in Neet and qualify with a good score and rank so that you can get admission to your desired medical college. Upon qualifying Neet, you need to register for counselling. You can register for both i.e. all India counselling and State counselling in your home state. Based on your merit in the examination, choices filled, your category etc you can get seat.
