See till now there is no any notification issued by NTA or JEE Apex board regarding this issue and until and unless any notification gets issued regarding this we cannot help you with an exact process but for now we can only advice you to contact NTA for the same.
Kindly mail NTA regarding your issue they might help you with this issue however now all the controls have been handed over to JEE Apex board for JEE-Main 2022 and later attempts.
