mr samual . your jee main rank is good i should prefer you can prefer computer science bcoz itb has better scope in future as technology is upgrading day by day.

Optioning a bad iit with bad branch is of no worth I would suggest you to go for nits with good branches.

According to your rank, you can get some low ranked branches in low ranked IITs but If you are from Haryana you can opt for NIT, Kurukshetra which is a well-reputed and high ranked institute and you can get any branch you want in it.
