I am from telangana belongs to general category I got 144/200 in NTSE will i qualify for stage 2

As a General category students you should have 40% of 200 marks. You will have to score 40 marks in each- MAT and SAT and overall 80 to qualify. Your score is good enough to qualify, But the selection for the second round depends on Telangana cutoff.

It should be noted that this year cutoff is expected to show much change due to change in the exam pattern.

Going by previous years trends, in 2017 cutoff was 118 marks and in 2016 it was 126 marks both in General category. Henece good chances expected to convert NTSE stage2 at 144 +marks provided Cutoff this year is on similar trend.
