As per your query I would like to tell you that yes you can apply for  Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital, Bhubaneswar after NEET results but all you need to keep in mind is the last year cutoff of the college as last year least marks to secure a seat was 491 marks from unreserved category ,391 marks from SC category and 225 marks from ST category .
