As per your rank, I am sorry to tell you that its not possible to get admission with this rank in KNIT & BIET govt. colleges in CSE branch.
You have good chance of admission in other government colleges like,
- University of Lucknow, Lucknow
- Rajkiya Engineering Colleges
- Bundelkhand University, Jhansi
- University institute of engineering and technology CSJMU, Kanpur
