Greetings

I am sorry to tell you but 290 marks in Neet is very and with this much marks you will not be able to fetch a seat anywhere in India not even under state quota in Assam unluckily.

See it's sorry to say that the marks u have scored in the NEET exam is too low for u to grab a seat in the govt college even under ur SC category to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses even under state quota. U should be going for private Institution and that too under management quota for ur MBBS career. I m providing u a link for ur help.
