you are expecting pretty good score where as its very hard to guess as the cut off would be varried year to year so in that case we cant say the exact college but as per the last year cut off you would get the private college and low chances of getting govt colleges, rather for best results use of neet predictor in the below link that would help you

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. Last year, a score of 550 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category under the state quota and a score of 500+ was a safe zone for OBC category. For SC and ST category 400 or above remained to be a safe zone. But scores and ranks vary each year with toughness of the exam and availability of seats.
