Nothing fixed can be said until NEET 2021 results come out. Cut offs and ranks are subject to change every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of the students and the number of seats available.

Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are from general category. Last year the cut off marks for Army College of Medical Sciences was around 550. So based on this, it is quite difficult for you to get a seat in this college.
